Free Case Review
Culshaw Miller Criminal Lawyers are pleased to offer a no-obligation free case review to those charged with a crime. Our free case review consists of a twenty-minute consultation with one of our solicitors; at the conclusion of the case review you will have an understanding of the charges or allegations against you, a copy of our retainer agreement and a clear and simple understanding of the way we work in defending your criminal law matter. You are under no obligation to retain our services following a case review. To arrange to meet with one of our solicitors, fill out the form below, call our offices on 8464 0033 or call or text 0423 534 621.
How does it work?
If you would like to book a free case review, simply fill out our contact form and one of our solicitors will contact you within one business day to arrange the review. In some circumstances, it may be more appropriate to conduct the review by telephone or some other means, however it is always preferable to meet face to face. At your case review, a solicitor will explain the nature of the charge against you, the applicable maximum penalty and the prosecution process. Our solicitors may indicate any defences that are apparent on the documentation or common in relation to that offence.
What should I bring?
You should bring any paperwork that you have that is connected with your matter, including bail agreements, apprehension reports and any other material. We will supply you with a copy of our retainer agreement should you wish to retain our services.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for our free case review, you need to be a client who has not previously retained the services of Culshaw Miller Criminal Lawyers and charged with an offence in South Australia. You also, by applying for a free case review, agree to the terms and conditions that a free case review does not constitute representation by Culshaw Miller Criminal Lawyers nor does it constitute substantive legal advice. Our free case review will be for a maximum length of twenty minutes and by applying you acknowledge that information given during a free case review is of a general nature only.
